◈ Note Everywhere

Terms of Service

Effective: October 19, 2026 · Note Everywhere v3.77 Beta

1. Service

Note Everywhere provides a digital whiteboard for organizing notes, images, links, boards, comments and related content, with optional cloud sync and integrations. Features may evolve during the Beta period.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure. You may sign in with email/password or Google where enabled. Google authentication may create an account automatically when you first sign in. Do not access another person's account without permission.

3. Content and rights

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Note Everywhere permission to store, transmit, process, display and back up your content only as needed to provide the service and features you use. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share that content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; abuse shared links; or interfere with service reliability or security.

5. Sharing

You control whether to publish boards and invite others, subject to app functionality and permissions. Public or shared links may be accessible to people who receive them. Be careful with private information when sharing.

6. Storage limits and availability

Accounts may have usage limits, including an initial 50-item limit for new non-owner accounts; account owners may adjust limits. The service is offered in Beta, may change, and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep separate backups of important content.

7. Deletion and termination

You may stop using the service and request account-related assistance through the support email listed on the Google consent screen. Removing an authentication account may not immediately erase all content and backups. The service may suspend misuse or access that threatens security.

8. Disclaimers and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of continuous access or data recovery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Terms may be updated with a new effective date.
